CIMC Modular Building has tailor-made a modular student apartment project for the Kalgoorlie Campus of Curtin University in Australia. With the core advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation and humanization, it creates a living space suitable for students' needs while demonstrating the technical strength of modular buildings.

Located in Australia, the project consists of 89 modular units, divided into 5 blocks, each with 3 to 4 floors, totaling 180 rooms. The spatial layout balances practicality and comfort, covering residential types such as single rooms, accessible rooms and private apartments, and is equipped with convenient facilities including public bathrooms, bicycle storage, laundry rooms and public study areas. In addition, each floor is equipped with two public lounges and public kitchens, fully meeting students' daily living and learning needs.

The project adopts CIMC Modular Building's steel structure integrated building system technology throughout the whole process. All building modules are produced in a standardized factory environment and then uniformly transported to the project site for modular installation, which is efficient, convenient and quality-controllable. In addition, the elevators and stairwells also apply this core technology simultaneously, which can reduce 50% of the on-site construction work compared with traditional buildings and minimize the impact of construction on the surrounding communities.
