Qianhai Innovation Business Center is a typical Level 1.5 development park project, led by Qianhai Investment Holding. The land lease term of the project is 10 years, and it adopts modular construction for development.

It is a low-floor-area ratio, garden-style, high-grade modern 5A-grade business office demonstration park. The office space can accommodate more than 1,000 people, efficiently meeting the immediate office needs of enterprises settled in the park.

Adopting the turnkey EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) general contracting model, the project started construction in July 2015 and was delivered for use in merely six months.

Eco-friendly and reusable, the overall recycling rate of the building upon demolition exceeds 75%. The entire building can be transported to other sites for continued operation via vehicles, realizing full recycling and reuse of construction components and materials.
