The apartment building has three floors and 27 modules in total. Each floor has 7 four-bedroom apartments (which can be changed into double rooms or single rooms) and can accommodate up to 84 medical staff. The rooms are equipped with five functional areas, including toilet, shower room, washroom, storage area, independent balcony, etc. Each floor is also equipped with public service supporting facilities such as open leisure area, multi-functional room, water room, laundry room, etc. The construction period is only 20 days, and the installation work is completed on site 24 hours a day, which ultimately ensures that the entire project is completed on time, with high quality and efficiency, and contributes positive forces to help Shenzhen win the battle against the epidemic prevention and control.

During the 2021 Spring Festival, the emergency isolation facility in Xinhui was delivered and put into use within 28 days. The facility provides up to 262 temporary isolation beds for international travelers. The project is located next to the Bus Terminal in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, covering an area of approximately 5000 square meters. It consists of 254 modules, including 162 single rooms and 50 double rooms, with a total of 262 beds.

The United Court is the first large-scale transitional housing project in Hong Kong to be fully completed and put into use. CIMC MBS participated in the project design, manufacturing, transpotation and installation, using efficient and green construction methods to effectively alleviate Hong Kong's housing shortage. According to official reports, the entire project is expected to run until 2028, benefiting 5000 families and approximately 10000 Hong Kong citizens, reducing waiting times for residents on the public housing waiting list and those living in unsuitable housing, and providing livable and comfortable living spaces.

The apartment building has three floors and 27 modules in total. Each floor has 7 four-bedroom apartments (which can be changed into double rooms or single rooms) and can accommodate up to 84 medical staff. The rooms are equipped with five functional areas, including toilet, shower room, washroom, storage area, independent balcony, etc. Each floor is also equipped with public service supporting facilities such as open leisure area, multi-functional room, water room, laundry room, etc. The construction period is only 20 days, and the installation work is completed on site 24 hours a day, which ultimately ensures that the entire project is completed on time, with high quality and efficiency, and contributes positive forces to help Shenzhen win the battle against the epidemic prevention and control.

The rooms are equipped with five functional areas, including toilet, shower room, washroom, storage area, independent balcony, etc. Each floor is also equipped with public service supporting facilities such as open leisure area, multi-functional room, water room, laundry room, etc. The construction period is only 20 days, and the installation work is completed on site 24 hours a day, which ultimately ensures that the entire project is completed on time, with high quality and efficiency, and contributes positive forces to help Shenzhen win the battle against the epidemic prevention and control.
